Attorney Ryan previously handled numerous removal defense cases including defensive asylum, cancellation of removal and adjustments of status. In 2022, she has greatly reduced her removal defense case load due to her young son’s type 1 diabetes diagnosis. She now handles mostly motions to reopen and motions to terminate if collateral relief is available.
